1. What would be the title of the programme?

   One Year Post Graduate Programme (PGP) in Business Transformation. They would get dual certifications 1) PGP in Business Transformation from Zensar Center for Business Transformation 2) PGDM from EGSM Graduate School of Management, Switzerland

2. Is PGDM from EGSM Graduate School of Management is recognized in Europe?

   Yes, PGDM from EGSM Graduate School of Management is equivalent of 24 ECTS credits (European Credit Transfer System).

3. What about international internships and international placements?

   Participants will be given opportunity to undertake international internship with our partner companies. The participants have option of choosing to work at Indian/Foreign location based on the role/project offered to them. The duration of the internship will be from 6-8 weeks in during third trimester. During the internship, participants will be given modest stipend.

4. Who are the Partner companies? What would be their role?

   Zensar Center for Business Innovation (ZCBI) For retail: Landmark Group (http://www.cplmg.com), Dubai and for IT/Operations: Kinectic (http://www.kineticindia.com/) & Zensar (http://www.zensar.com/). The role of the partner companies to help in preparing the curriculum, delivery of the course, organizing internship for the participants and final recruitment.

5. Is the placement guaranteed if I am selected for One Year Programme in Business Transformation? What would be my starting salary?

   Yes, placement is guaranteed if you qualify for One Year Programme in Business Transformation. A Letter-Of-Offer will be given to you on the day of registration. You would be starting at a management cadre with a salary in range of INR 6-7 lakhs. The offer for employment will be subject to successfully completing the course and meeting the company requirements.

6. What about fees? Will my fees be reimbursed by the company I am joining?

   The fees will be reimbursed to you in after completing 24 months with Partner Company. This reimbursement will be additional perk for the candidate. Look for example below:

   E.g.: Rakesh joins Landmark retail at their Bangalore office after completion of programme. His salary would be INR 6 lakhs + fees reimbursement [Net salary = INR 8+ lakhs per annum]. The salary might differ for international placements.

8. What are the essentials of a good application package?

   State the correct details in your application. Don't hide or give unnecessary details. Your selection depends on many components of application like test score, performance in personal interview, and your previous academic background. At any point of time if it is discovered that the information provided is not valid or un-true, it may result in cancellation of the candidature.

9. Is it necessary to get recommendation letter? Who is eligible to provide recommendations?

   It is desirable to get recommendation letters. Though not essential, letter of recommendation would help us in knowing what others think about you. Employer, former/current supervisor, academic teacher, principal of school/college/HOD. In case of candidate is not able to approach anyone mentioned above, he/she may seek letter from known person who can vouch for his academic as well as managerial capabilities.

10. How are students selected? What would be the batch size?

    In their review of applications, admissions committees consider all the applicant's completed academic work, test score, evidence of leadership and motivation, letters of recommendation (desired), level of job responsibility and work history, and unique talents and contributions. Applicants are reviewed on their potential for successful performance in graduate business studies and their competitiveness within the current applicant pool. Letter of recommendation to be carried at the time of personal interview.

    We would be recruiting approx 100-120 students for this batch.

11. What is the eligibility condition?

    The minimum qualification is graduation. Yes, students from other streams can apply as well.

12. How will the collaboration with various other institutes help Zensar Centre Business Innovation?

    Zensar Center for Business Innovation is the first of its kind corporate sponsored center imparting industry-ready high end education. 13. Is it a residential course? Is hostel facility available?

    Yes, hostel will be provided on request.

14. What about faculty?

    ZCBI invests heavily in the faculty resource. We have some of the best name from India and abroad on our faculty. 15. What is the programme at ZCBI like?

    One Year PGP in Business Transformation is one of the most robust, focused and result oriented course offered in India. This is the first time any corporate house have taken challenge to prepare human resource for specific sectors like retail & financial services. 16. Is there any educational loan facility available through banks?

    Yes, we have tied with leading multi-national banks, who have agreed to provide educational loan facility. Educational loan is sole-discretion of the banks; ZCBI plays no role in providing loan. However, ZCBI would provide free financial counseling to the students. Please contact ZCBI for more details.

17. What is an international study seminar month? How it will be organized?

    Student will have opportunity to visit EGSM Graduate School of Management, Switzerland to spend 1 month. During the international leadership module, students will undertake courses organized by EGSM Professors. They would be visiting industry and meeting corporate executives in Europe. Students would be exposed to international business environment to help them in undertaking global business challenges in future. ZCBI would cover the Tuition for the international study seminar month; the traveling/boarding/lodging cost would be borne by the students on actual basis.

18. Will I get books and reference material during the course? Is Laptop compulsory?

    Yes, the cost of the books/study material is covered in the tuition fees. Yes, the laptop is compulsory for all students. We have world-class wi-fi campus; students will be provided seamless internet connectivity. Students should purchase any good quality laptop with wi-fi enable features.

19. I am planning to change my career line to Retail sector or Financial Services sector. Will I get placement assistance from the Zensar Centre after the course is over?

    Yes, we will ensure the transformation if you have the attitude and commitment. You will be pre-selected for the retail/financial services/IT-Operations if you find suitable. ZCBI course will equip you to make this transition happen
